Pretty Icon Maker's creators developed this program with the average user in mind. It supports all icon formats including Windows XP. It has a friendly user interface filled with standard drawing and editing tools. You can import and export a variety of image file types or capture images from your desktop, web pages or elsewhere in a variety of sizes.

With the editor you can resize, rotate or flip images. You can also adjust the hue, contrast and brightness of an image. You can apply filters like blur, sharpen and more.

Pretty Icon Maker is a good icon editor. However, its help documentation is limited, badly written and organized. For a more capable product with better help documentation, see Icon Workshop.
